Really 100 Mbps?

do both products really reach the advertised 100 Mbps? I've had bad experience with other technologies (Powerline) so I am a bit cautious.

the data throughput reach full 100Mbps ( in reality it is mostly around 98 Mbps due to PC performance). This data rate is stable ( the big POF benefit).
