Orange LED

Hi
I have a POF Media convertor Set installed at home and it has worked perfectly fine for more than a year. More recently however I am getting some strange behaviour, it some time loses connection and I can only get it to work again if I do unplug and re-plug the power supply to the MCE300T converters.
I have also realized, that the green LED always is on once I have pluged in the power, but the orange LED only works with one of the two power supplies it seems. Very ofter I need to try multiple times until both converters show the orange LED working. This is then also when the network functions again.
Do you have a description of what the orange LED means? Is the problem with the power supply, with the converter or with the cable?

What a great customer service you practice! Thanks for sending me the power supply replacement so quickly and free of charge! Now it all works again like a swiss clockwork.
The kids are delighted to get access to their favorite internet TV channels again :-)
