I've installed (a week after receiving the material) the network in my home. And, it works GREATLY !!!!!

I've passed the POF inside the electrical conducts and the antenna conducts. The installation was REALLY easy. The small diameter of the fibers allowed me to easily pass them without complications. The media converters are very very very simply to install and use, as the optical switch. It's fantasticly easy the way to connect the fibers to the media converters and switch.  It's a so simple work that my little sons can do it without problems.

The network is running very well. No interferences. A full 100Mbps network !!!!! I've dismissed, finally, my WiFi network. I have a 4 Mbps Internet connection. Using WiFi the maximum throughput achieved was 2 Mbps. With POF (with no interferences) I'm running a full 4 Mbps connection.

Me and my wife have a 6 months year old son. It was, for us, a major concern the dismission of WiFi. We have reached this goal with POF. And, in the same time, I've enhanced my network performance. It's GREAT !

Now I'm thinking to get a couple more of media converters to expand my network capabilities. I've subscribed an IPTV service and I need a peer-to-peer connection between the modem-router and the IPTV set top box. Passing the fiber is not a problem, so I'd like to buy more media converters as soon as possible.
